Pilot Agreements - Entergy

Overview

In 2013, the Town of Plymouth and the Entergy Nuclear Generation Company entered into a 'Payment in Leiu of Taxes' PILOT Agreement, in regard to permanently ceasing all nuclear power operations. The PILOT agreement has been amended since 2013.
