The mission of the Engineering Division is to provide quality engineering services and technical support for the Town of Plymouth, its residents, agents, and providers and to establish an atmosphere of courtesy, efficiency, and dedication while maintaining a professional work environment that will foster, encourage, and nurture personal excellence, leadership, and growth.
