Mission

The Procurement Division promotes free and open competition, prevents favoritism, and protects the integrity of the overall bidding process. Additionally. ensuring that purchases of goods and services are made in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws and Town Ordinances and are open, fair, competitive, and obtained at the lowest possible cost. The Division will also continue to provide guidance and compliance to all Town Departments in a timely and efficient manner.

Plymouth Growth & Development Corporation requests proposals from qualified vendors to provide proposals for Roof Replacement, Solar PV and Optional Battery Energy Storage System for their building located at 4 North Street, Plymouth, MA  02360 (operating as Park Plymouth).

 All interested parties must submit their proposals by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.  

All proposals should be for the entire work required to complete the project.  

 Any person interested in submitting a proposal must attend the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting at the site on 11/20/25 at 11 AM EST – 4 North Street, Suite 2, Plymouth, MA 02360.

All inspections are to be completed during that time.

 The awarding authority is Plymouth Growth and Development Corporation who reserves the right to reject proposals if deemed to be in the best interests of the Plymouth Growth and Development Corporation.
