Effective January 1, 2024, Short Term Rental owners will be required to register and apply for a permit to operate a short-term rental property.

The Short-Term Rental (STR) regulations will be submitted as a by-law warrant article to the Fall Town Meeting. The STR regulations have not been drafted as of this time. Once they are available, they will be posted on this site.
