Reduces local property tax liability for seniors/veterans over 60 in exchange for volunteer service to the municipality.
Requirements
Must be 60 years old by July 1 of tax year. Applications are available September 1 and are due back by November 1.
The program runs from January 1 through October 31.
Maximum 30 applicants on a lottery basis. It will show as a credit on your tax bill.
